Description

ACSL owns the Bensham Grove site in Croydon and wishes to start development in the 4th Quarter of 2023/24 or sooner. Resolution to grant detailed planning consent was achieved in February 2021 (19/03033/FUL) - the consent expires in February 2024. The consent comprises 17no. flats in two blocks for Affordable Rent. ACSL are going to market and will be hosting a two stage process to find a main contractor. ACSL aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for residents. The anticipated value of the project is approximately four million and two hundred thousand pounds including VAT.
