Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Description

MGHA wish to appoint an interim contractor to deliver their gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works contract to domestic and commercial properties whilst undertaking a procurement for a long term contract. It is intended that the contract will start on 10.7.2017 and will run for 12 months with a possible extension of a further 6 months. The maximum duration is therefore 18 months. The estimated value of the interim contract is 150 000 GBP per annum. MGHA wish to appoint an interim contractor to deliver their gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works service to 660 domestic properties and 4 commercial properties in Surrey and the surrounding areas. The contract will commence on 10.7.2017 for a period of 12 months with a possible extension of 6 months. The approximate annual value is 150 000 GBP.
