Description

Hampshire Pension Services (HPS) has entered into a new contract for the provision of secure and timely print and mail services, ensuring the continued delivery of essential communications to pension scheme members. While the majority of member correspondence is issued electronically via email or made available through the online pension member portal, a proportion of members continue to require printed communications in accordance with statutory disclosure requirements. The scope of the contract includes the printing, enclosing and mailing of pension-related correspondence, together with associated services to support secure handling, regulatory compliance and operational continuity. The contract has been awarded via a call-off under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Postal Services & Solutions Framework RM6280, Lot 6.
