GB-Colchester: 0424 - Architectural Design Consultants

Description

Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission an experienced professionally qualified RIBA Architectural practice to be part of this upcoming iconic project and to provide Architectural Services and all other relevant disciplines up to and including a Full Planning Application Submission. Due to the nature of the project, the practice will also require conservation accreditation with the named lead architect able to demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience of listed buildings. The commission is for full service from RIBA stage 1 to RIBA Stage 6/7 and detailed design but will include a break clause at RIBA Stage 3 for submission to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, May 2026. Completion to detailed design will be contingent on the acquisition of round two funding and the exact timescales for the necessary contract extension will be confirmed with the successful contractor.
