Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) are out to tender for Providers for entry onto the Provision of a Framework Agreement for Environmental Planning Support and Design Review Services. Further information regarding this opportunity can be found in II.2.4 and VI.3 below. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. Please see VI.3) Additional information for further information. Lot 1: Architecture Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) are out to tender for Providers for entry onto the Provision of a Framework Agreement for Environmental Planning Support and Design Review Services.The new Framework Agreement will provide support for two key service areas (the ‘Services’), Providers can enter onto the Framework Agreement to deliver either one or both of the service areas within each Lot, as follows:• ‘Hertfordshire LEADS’ (Landscape. Ecology, Archaeology, Design and Sustainability) Planning Support Service – specialist consultancy support is sought to bolster or provide additional or unusual resource to the Council’s LEADS team that provides expert technical advice in support of the planning process, and the achievement of high environmental standards and sustainable development.Within Planning Support Services, Providers can enter onto the Framework Agreement to deliver one or more of the following work packages (A-E):A. Forward planning supportB. Masterplanning supportC. Pre-application supportD. Development Management supportE. Biodiversity Net Gain• ‘Hertfordshire Design Review Panel’ Design Review Service – Panel Members are sought to join the Hertfordshire Design Review Panel (the ‘Panel’) that provides independent and expert design review services in support of well-designed and beautiful places. The estimated total value of the Contract is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions and across all Lots. The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend the Contract up to one further year. Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
