Provision of Cycle Hangar Rental and Maintenance Service

Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) is procuring a Cycle Hangar Rental and Maintenance Service to support its policy commitments on air quality, climate action, reduced congestion, and increased active travel. The borough currently operates 96 cycle hangars, expected to grow to 221 by March 2028, providing secure storage for residents’ bicycles. The Council seeks a single supplier to manage the rental and operational service for all existing and future Council‑owned cycle hangars. The contract will run for three years with three optional one‑year extensions (3+1+1+1).
