Asset Management System

Description

The Contract is for the provision of an Asset Management Solution (the “Services”) Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix A for further details of Progress Housing Group’s requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the Specification in detail to gain a full understanding of the proposed Contract and Progress Housing Group’s requirements. Contract term The Contract will be for a period of 3 years initially with an option of a further year (subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract).
