River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to provide Lone Worker Devices for our staff who work within Inverclyde. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes is seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to supply and maintain circa 220 Lone Worker Devices for our staff who work within Inverclyde. Device Minimum Requirements - Certified to BS8484 - Multi network roaming SIM to cover the size of our estate (whole of Inverclyde) - Where SIMs and wi-fi may not be available, satellite connection - Worker location updated at least every 10 minutes - Discreet - Durable – shock resistant and waterproof - Capable of 2-way audio - Worker down function - Virtual buddy function - Active listening available from an alarm receiving centre (ARC) - Easy to use management portal The number of devices may fluctuate throughout the contract period. No increase in Unit Rates will be permitted as a result of the number of units differing from that envisaged by the successful tenderer. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
