Provision of a Production Company for a Pantomime at the Princess Royal Theatre - December 2022

The Princess Royal Theatre sought a professional and experienced Supplier to deliver in consultation with the venue the annual Pantomime for Theatre.The venue would like to develop a partnership with an Organisation to deliver the annual Pantomime. Crucially the pantomime must complement the existing programme of live events within the venue. In addition it is important that the pantomime at The Princess Royal Theatre, Port Talbot complements the pantomimes delivered at the two other Local Authority owned venues making sure there are not two of the same titles within the same Period.Pontardawe Arts Centre Gwyn Hall, Neath The Princess Royal Theatre2022/23, Cinderella 2022/23, Cinderella 2022/23 TBCThe contract term will be for an initial period of one year from May 2022 until April 2023 with an option in favour of the Authority to extend the same for a period or periods up to 30th April 2024, after a post-show evaluation meeting with The Princess Royal Theatre Management Team during January 2023.
