The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Employer’s Agent/Project manager and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations for the construction of 8nr. newbuild affordable houses in Caergeiliog, Ynys Môn, as per the guidance given in the tender documentation. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales Postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 02/10/2026. Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
