User Support in Information Technologies

Description

The object of the contract is the provision of IT support services to members of the European Parliament and their assistants as well as to the staff of the European Parliament, the Translation Centre for the bodies of the European Union, the European Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee. This call for tenders covers the provision of on-site (intra-muros or ambulatory) and off-site (extra-muros) IT service support, on a time and means, Quoted time and means and Fixed price basis. The purpose of this tendering procedure is the selection of up to three contractors as external service providers for the provision of IT service support in the described European Parliament corporate IT environment or in any other participating European Union Institutions’ environment.
