Description

Provision of a community based learning disabilities service for patients within West London CCG, Central London CCG, and Hammersmith and Fulham CCG. This is a consultant led service supported by a multidisciplinary team of specialist community nursing and allied health professionals. Direct award of an interim contract for a period of 18 months to enable the CCG to complete work to complete work a new operating model for CLDT service. Recognising its obligations and responsibilities under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No 2) Regulations 2013, the CCG has assessed the most appropriate route to awarding this contract, having regard to the necessity to secure continuity of these essential patient services and has concluded that the incumbent providers will assure the safest solution and being considered the only technically capable providers at this time.
