Procurement - Data collection and consultancy services for municipal engineering areas 2023

Description

The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for consultancy services in municipal engineering areas. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure sufficient capacity and competence within consultancy at all times. The consultant will contribute to the development of projects within given quality, time, and financial limits. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements in the following disciplines: 1. Consulting engineer for data capture, Water and Sewage 2. Consulting engineer for collection of basic data, Roads 3. Consulting engineer for noise calculation 4. Consulting engineer for bearing capacity measurement 5. Consulting engineer for road safety audit 6. Consulting engineer for land survey 7. Data collection - road imaging and registration of road elements 8. Data collection - drone and laser scanning Lot 1: The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with 3-5 tenderers per subject area (parallel contracts), provided that a sufficient number of tenderers are qualified.
