Framework agreement - signs and road block material

Snåsa, Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities need to procure a framework agreement for signs, road block material, and accessories within the road sector. Objective and scope of the procurement On behalf of Snåsa, Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities, the contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for the establishment of a joint framework agreement for the procurement of signs and road block material with accessories. The contracts will be valid for 2 years, with an option for extension for further 1 + 1 year. Lot 1: Snåsa, Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities need to procure a framework agreement for signs, road block material, and accessories within the road sector. Objective and scope of the procurement On behalf of Snåsa, Steinkjer, Inderøy, Verdal, and Levanger Municipalities, the contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for the establishment of a joint framework agreement for the procurement of signs and road block material with accessories. The contracts will be valid for 2 years, with an option for extension for further 1 + 1 year. Estimated value: NOK 800,000 excluding VAT per annum, total NOK 3,200,000 excluding VAT for the framework agreement's duration based on statistics from the previous period and the expected inflation. It is difficult to predict needs for the next 4 years, as there are uncertainties around actual needs and price developments for the products. The maximum value of the framework agreement (4 years) is set at NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Note that this is an estimate and does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes, and municipal activity.
