Tyre repair services, including fitting and balancing

Description

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for the purchase of tires, rims, chains, service and storage for the municipal vehicles of Hvaler and Fredrikstad municipalities. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. The contract includes the purchase of tires, rims, chains, service and storage for the municipal vehicles of Hvaler and Fredrikstad municipalities. Fredrikstad municipality has approx 3 400 tires and Hvaler municipality has approx. 600 tires. The total amount of tires is 4 000. The tires are divided as follows: 424 Tires for lorries 66 tires for buses 1660 tires for passenger cars/goods vans 544 tires for other vehicles (Tractors, ATW, Road planers, lawn mowers, tool carriers, trailers, maintenance machines, etc.) Tires storage: The tenderer shall store the municipalities' tires and chains. Fredrikstad municipality has currently 3400 tires stored at a storage, Hvaler municipality has approx. 600 tires and chains for 40-60 heavy vehicles (the volume varies in accordance with weather and road conditions. The contracting authority requests the following services: — changing tires, — balancing, — assembly, — storage/washing of heavy vehicles, — storage/washing of light vehicles (goods vans/passenger cars), — spiking of heavy vehicles (unit price per spike), — spiking of light vehicles (unit price per spike), — siping of lorries, — rims Euro heavy (steel) per rim, — rims passenger/goods vans (steel) 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20'' per rim, — rims Euro heavy (aluminium) per rim, — rims Euro passenger cars/goods vans (aluminium) 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 og 20' per rim, — plugging tires for lorries, goods vans/SUV and passenger cars. The tenderer must also offer stand-by/first-response service when tires are damaged/punctured.
