Ultrasonic unit

Description

The contract includes: — 3 combined flowmeter and ultrasound units, including printer, associated flowmeter probes and ultrasound probes; — framework agreement for the purchase of consumables (flowmeter probes and ultrasound probes). Option: Procurement of 1 additional flowmeter and ultrasound unit. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of 3 combined flowmeter and ultrasound units, as well as an option for one additional unit. The equipment shall be used at the cardiology department/the surgical service clinic and possibly also the vascular surgery department. Consumables must be supplied with the units, which are assumed to be sufficient for approx. one year: — 3 flowmeter probes 3 mm, — 9 flowmeter probes 4 mm, — 1 flowmeter probe 6 mm, — 1 flowmeter probe 8 mm (i.e. a total of 14 flowmeter probes), and — 4 ultrasound probes. 6 printers shall also be delivered. Furthermore, the contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for flowmeter and ultrasound probes so that this can at a later date be ordered if needed. The market research has shown that as of today only Medistim Norge AS can offer the technology that combines quantitative measurement of blood flow with ultrasound scanning.
