Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying Firm (MS) from its Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DaRTS) Framework for a development site comprised of 9 new build homes in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire. The appointed MS will providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works. All work will be instructed under the standard terms of the framework agreement.
