Description

PCC property division have an existing contract with Company CIPFA Business Ltd to provide data base services to assist in the recording and information for domestic properties. The service is running well, and the opportunity to supplement the existing arrangement with Building Maintenance requirements is now available. This will enable Building Maintenance to develop a comprehensive and interactive database for domestic buildings and so be able to proactively define and plan work.
