Civil Parking Enforcement and PCN Software Procurement

Description

Oxfordshire County Council & Reading Brough Council are looking to procure a new Civil Enforcement and Parking Charging Notices (PCN) commencing its operational services in September 2026, following a period of mobilisation. The contract will be for a initial 5 year period with the option to extend for a up to a maximum of 3 years: Lot 1a Oxfordshire County Council - Compliance Management Lot 1b - Reading Borough Council - Compliance Management Lot 1c - Combined bid for both Oxfordshire County Council & Reading Borough Council - Compliance Management Lot 2a - Oxfordshire County Council PCN and Permit Software Lot 2b - Reading Borough Council PCN and Permit Software Lot 2c - Combined bid for both Oxfordshire County Council & Reading - PCN and Permit Software Lot 3a - Oxfordshire County Council - Combined bid Compliance management and PCN/Permit software (see 3c) Lot 3b - Reading Borough Council - Combined bid Compliance management and PCN/Permit software Lot 3c - Combined bid Compliance Management and PCN/Permit software - Oxfordshire County Council & Reading Borough Council Please be aware that there will be a joint procurement between Oxfordshire County Council and Reading Borough Council, but there will be 2 separate contracts
