The SIAM Service desk and AWS management service has been provided by Colibri in its various forms since 2012 and was responsible for the first move into cloud computing/hosting for the industry. The service was originally implemented for the NationalRail website and Darwin services providing customers and TOC’s with rail information, including live departure board information, journey planning, fare information, Stations and disruption updates fulfilling many regulated requirements. The service subsequently evolved to support all services under the National Rail branding that includes Railcards, Days Out Guide and other non-Nationalrail products, most recently the Rail Data Marketplace and the new GBR.uk website. ## Contract award Title: VARIATION AGREEMENT No. 012 FOR CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES
