Almond Housing Association - Kitchen Replacement Framework 2025-2029

Description

The scope of works includes for the removal of existing kitchens and the design, supply and installation of replacement kitchens and associated works. Lot 1: Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the design, supply, and installation of new kitchens and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and soring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
