Aligning with Luton 2040 Vision- Help build a more inclusive economy by providing training, careers advice, job search and interview preparation for people who experience disadvantage and are often excluded. Improve Wellbeing and tackle inequalities by enabing people facing destitution to access mental health support, addiction services, food, clothing and other essential items. Promote fairness and community cohesion by working with clients and other community leaders to amlify the voices of the socially excluded. Work with the most vulnerable to engage in learning and skills development, build confidence and improve physical/mental wellbeing.
