Description

Øvre Eiker municipality requests tenders for the leasing of PCs for teachers. The total annual budget is approx. 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The budget shall cover the leasing of 272 teachers' PCs and 130 docking stations/replicators, including insurances thereof. Licences shall not be included in the contract as the contracting authority already has the necessary licences. However, configuration must be included in the contract. The contracting authority expects that there will also be a need to procure new power supplies in case the current power supplies are damaged/lost during the contract period. When a new power supply is in place, the PC shall be considered as complete upon return of the PC after the concluded leasing period. Prior to the configuration, the tenderer must agree in writing with the contracting authority which software shall be available in the PCs. The price for the configuration and shall be included in the first invoice to the new leasing contract. The PCs must be administered from the municipality's SCCM (System Center Config Manager).
