Description
This is a call for engagement for Planned Works and Responsive Repair works by the London Borough of Waltham Forest to engage the services of specialist contractor(s) to help the council with the repairs of it's housing stocks. This exercise is designed to gauge interest in this opportunity and collect valuable insights to help shape the final tender and approach. This Pre-procurement engagement is aimed at helping the Council develop and design a procurement strategy, scope of requirement; and proposed contract duration for the selection of the PW and RR delivery Partner for the maintenance of all the council's Housing stocks and new development. Interested contractors should express an interest on the ProContract Portal and will be invited to a formal presentation in March 2026 to learn more about the Council's proposed requirements.
