East Dunbartonshire Council seeks to appoint a Contractor to deliver the design and build of the Lennoxtown Community Greenspace project. The works include technical design, site preparation, paths and access improvements, landscaping, biodiversity and habitat enhancements, fencing, street furniture, creation of community growing area, wayfinding features, invasive species management, and associated drainage and civil works. The contractor will be responsible for construction, commissioning, handover, and a 52-week establishment and maintenance period.
