The Contracting Authority has a requirement to procure a teachers’ pension system which will build on the current solution though enhanced to fully exploit changing technology and new business opportunities in a digital first context. The Contracting Authority will require a strategic partner to: — successfully introduce/deploy a modern, fit for purpose, fully functional teachers’ pension system, with no interruption to current ongoing services and seamlessly taking over from them, and — complete the data migration from the current system, system design, development and user testing before deployment.
