Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust are seeking Cleaning service providers to tender for the provision of all cleaning services presently offered within three of the Trust’s schools, which currently includes a full daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning services outside of term time. The contract will be for three years in duration, with the option to extend for a further one period of up to two years and with a commencement date of 1st August 2023. Lot 1: Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust was officially formed in July 2016 and currently has five schools within the Trust: Birches Green Primary, Cedars Academy, Robin Hood Academy, Ulverley School and Yenton Primary. In the past five years, Robin Hood Academy has specialised in school-to-school support and so creating a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) seemed a natural progression to ensure that they can create lasting partnerships and build upon the effective work that has already taken place. Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust are seeking Cleaning service providers to tender for the provision of all cleaning services presently offered within three of the Trust’s schools, which currently includes a full daily cleaning service during term time and periodic cleaning services outside of term time. TUPE regulations apply to this contract, which involves the transfer of existing cleaning staff, of which some may members of the Local Government Pension Scheme, requiring arrangements to be made for 'Admitted Body' status with the relevant pension fund.
