The Award is for delivery of a nationally funded Start For Life (SfL) Workforce Pilot within Cambridge Community Services (CCS). CCS will provide a structure of clinical, and non-clinical staff who can support families within the Norfolk Western locality with face to Face appointments. Delivery will be designed to support both antenatal service delivery, and mandatory checks up to and including the age of 2. Lot 1: The Award is for delivery of a nationally funded Start For Life (SfL) Workforce Pilot within Cambridge Community Services (CCS). CCS will provide a structure of clinical, and non-clinical staff who can support families within the Norfolk Western locality with Face to Face appointments. Additional information: This award is under the Health Care Services ( Provider Selection Regime) 2024 - Direct Award Process A. The values in this notice are the minimum and maximum that maybe needed during the life of this pilot contract.
