Stavanger Municipality is in the establishment phase of improving and automating processes with RPA (Robotic Process Automation). So far, 2 processes have been automated, and more are being worked on. RPA will be an important tool for Stavanger Municipality when automising processes and making activities more efficient. Stavanger Municipality has not yet decided on any operational strategies such as lean and continual improvement, but traditional process improvements will be an important part of the automation projects. Stavanger Municipality has decided to use the RPA tool UiPath for Process Automation. Stavanger Municipality would like to use RPA for the migration of operative data in the municipalities that will merge to become New Stavanger in 2020. The Framework Agreement applies to all RPA related services. The Framework Agreement can be used by DigiRogaland and Smartby Stavanger projects.
