This project relates to the development of new first-floor accommodation at Macroom Family Resource Centre, located in Killnagurteen, Macroom, County Cork. The project involves the conversion of the existing attic space into a fully functional first-floor level incorporating a combination of meeting rooms, offices, counselling rooms, and tuition spaces. The works include civil and structural alterations, mechanical services installations, and electrical systems to support the new accommodation. The project scope encompasses the installation of a new stairway and platform lift, alterations to the existing roof and external envelope, and the integration of heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting systems to provide a modern, comfortable, and compliant environment. The project will be delivered under a single main contract.
