Dublin Port Company proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of Multi-party Framework Agreement for Civil Works Contractor. The scope of works include but are not limited to the following: • New terminal yards works consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving, drainage, site services, electrical lighting, signage and associated structures, security cabins, welfare facilities, buildings, offices, reefer gantries. Typical yard size 10,000m2 – 45,000m2. • Refurbishment of existing terminal yards. works consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving, drainage, site services, electrical lighting, signage and associated structures, security cabins, welfare facilities, buildings, offices, reefer gantries. Typical yard size 2,000m2 – 40,000m2. • New roads works and associated structures. New single and double lane carriageway consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving finish, drainage, site services, electrical lighting and road signage (including gantries). • Upgrade works to existing road network and associated structures. Upgrade works to single and double lane carriageway consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving finish, drainage, site services, electrical lighting, and signage (including gantries). • ESB and other service provider infrastructure up-grade works including earthworks, ducting, substations, cabling. • Terminal yard maintenance and facilities buildings, equipment and associated structures including refurbishment of same. • Excavation and earthworks projects including the excavation, classification and removal various classes material from inert to contaminated. • Other Dublin Port masterplan capital projects. The full suite of requirements is contained within the PQQ documents. Applicants must associate themselves with the competition in order to access documents, ask and receive queries and submit a response. All responses must be submitted in a ZIP FILE format.
