The works may consist of a variety of construction works, including, but not limited to, the following: Bedroom refurbishments, Bathroom upgrades. Internal building refurbishment. Office refurbishments. General building works such as windows, rendering, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, vinyl, ceramic tiles, carpets, carpentry, metal work, suspended ceilings, partitioning etc. Supply and fit prefabricated buildings and modular structures. Re-roofing projects. Stone facades. Works and/or repairs to external building fabrics. Fire safety improvement works. Demolition works. Extensions and alterations to existing structures and infrastructure. Supply and fit furniture. Construction of new buildings. Solar Panels.
