Description
The assignments apply for the Agency for Housing Administration (EBF) and the Agency for Buildings and Properties (EBE). EBF manages and rents out approx. 5300 residences at approx. 1730 addresses in Bergen Municipality. The Agency for Housing Administration manages a total of approx. 450,000 m2. EBE owns, operates, maintains and develops the municipality's properties. The property mass consists of more than 1000 buildings of approx. 1.2 million m2 and 5000 vacant properties. Nearly 60 percent of the buildings are schools, nurseries, and nursing homes. The rest include office buildings, port buildings, fire stations, car parks, and sports halls. In order to cover the agency's needs for ongoing maintenance and operation of buildings and areas, Bergen Municipality, through the Agency for Buildings and Property, intends to enter into a framework agreement as soon as possible with one tenderer for the provision of services within the inspection, renewal, and maintenance of pipes. Lot 1: The framework agreement will include the provision of a number of different types of work, for example: - Emptying sand trap manholes - High pressure staking/super high pressure cleaning of blocked pipes. - Sludge suction - Inspection of pipes - Utility tracing - Emptying fat and oil separators - Renovation of pipes - pipe hose connectors - Point repairs of pipes (inside the pipe) - hourly rate and used materials - Damage limitation and property protection. - Voluntary option: Cracking pipes (bulging pipes) The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the disciplines in this framework agreement may be added if needed during the contract period. Assignments will not include the replacement of water and sewage pipelines that are covered by another framework agreement, or the are carried out as a separate procurement. The contracting authority also has other continuing contracts for services which, for some assignments, will border or overlap the assignments in this contract. The contracting authority will, in such cases, try to use the contracts in the most appropriate way. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement for the execution of major or complex projects. The contracting authority can hold separate contests for these cases.
