Description

The scheme involves creating a multi-use area, primarily consisting of tarmac pallet storage to the perimeter of the site, combined with 19 parking spaces for full time employees of 71/72 Kingsway. The scheme will require some minor trenching works for new drainage and electricity supplies which will connect to existing. A vehicle crossover is required to the entrance of the site, along with sufficient kerbing and footway works to facilitate visibility splay. Remaining area within the site boundary is to be surfaced with 75mm road planings for completeness
