Soft landscaping and maintenance programme to renovate and improve the shrub beds in the main public car park of Farmleigh House Phoenix Park, Dublin 15. This will include a monthly maintenance programme thereafter to include weed control, edging, strimming, hedge cutting (September) moss control on hard surfaces, leaf control/blowing, replacing of plant losses, topping up of decorative mulch and mowing a bank which runs from the entrance to the estate to the public car park.
