PRE-MARKET-ENGAGEMENT - The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), Estate Services Branch on behalf of the Northern Ireland Policing Board are preparing a tender for a new Minor Works Framework Agreement 2026. This proposed Framework Agreement will replace the existing MTC Multi Trade contracts that are currently in operation. We request that you complete and return document named - Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire - Minor Works Framework 2026 which can be found in the CfT documents area of this procurement. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process and there is no commitment, at this stage to carrying out such a process.
