Description
The selected Contractor will provide a general fire alarm system, gas detection system, kitchen canopy fire suppression and comms room fire suppression system maintenance services for UL's property. The service will include the maintenance of associated plant, equipment and services. The electrical maintenance services will be carried out by other contractors. However, it will be necessary to carry out works in conjunction and liaison with these other contractors, on a continuous basis, as part of the daily maintenance program and especially for minor works involving alterations to buildings.
