CCHA wish to appoint a service provider for the provision of their Treasury Advisory Services contract. Lot 1: 1. Annual Treasury Strategy using CCHA business plan 2. Annual Treasury Management policy and procedures 3. Support in Implementation of Strategy 4. Regular stream of information and updates on funding markets, inflation, UK and international macroeconomics 5. Provide Business Plan Assumptions annually and on demand 6. Treasury Management support 7. Provide skilled advice and options to FD based on ash flow requirements and loan portfolio 8. Best Practice record keeping and loan portfolio management 9. Attend Board or Audit Committee meetings on request 10. Training and knowledge transfer (annual seminars and member benefits) 11. Ad-hoc Expert Treasury Advice inc. investments, treasury reporting. Contract is initially for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1.5 years.
