As part of the review of CBD applications with a range of cannabinoids it has been noted that we lack baseline data to understand the variability in composition of Cannabis Sativa. The project is intended to undertake a meta – analysis based on literature to understand how key compositional and contaminant parameters vary by growing condition, geographic location and potentially extraction method and other relevant factors. This would provide a baseline understanding of how to interpret data from CBD applications and whether variation is meaningful for safety within the wider natural variation.
