Description
Statsbygg needs to enter into a contract with a consultant/resource for concept assessments to strengthen the capacity of seksjon for utredning og analyse (RUTRED) [the Department for Counseling and Early Phase, Section for Assessments and Analysis]. Due to the large volume of assignments, there is a need to strengthen the capacity of the Section in the second half of 2020, with an option for extension into 2021. The consultant is expected to work full time in the Section during the contract period. The consultant is expected to undertake the function as of project manager/responsible reviewer in review and analysis assignments.
