OUS would like to offer its nurses an internal competence programme. The competence programme for the above mentioned health professions shall contribute to quality assuring patient treatment through systematic professional development and raising competence in direct patient work. See the contest provisions for further details. Lot 1: Sykehusinnkjøp HF is making this procurement on behalf of Oslo University Hospital (OUS). OUS shall offer its nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, mental health nurses, child welfare workers, radiographers/radiation therapists and bio-engineers an internal competence programme. The competence programme for the above mentioned health professions shall contribute to quality assuring patient treatment through systematic professional development and raising competence in direct patient work. The programme has two stages. In stage 1 the teaching is based on the most central fields within the different health professions. Stage 2 focuses on a professional in-depth project.
