Both have independent access routes and present a range of opportunities for a buyer. Note – one site is on a relatively material incline. Property Assets: The University has identified a range of properties which include (but are not limited to) converted housing to offices and small teaching spaces. There are approximately 8 individual properties, plus a developed contiguous property that used to be made of up to six individual properties. Additional: Additional properties may be reviewed and included in future iterations of the strategy as the University deems suitable to meet its objectives.
