Hull 2017 are carrying out this tender process in order to appoint a framework of Event and Production Management and Delivery suppliers to work alongside senior Hull 2017 staff to plan and deliver the Hull 2017 cultural programme. The events and productions in the Hull 2017 programme will cover the full spectrum of artistic and cultural activity and will be presented at a variety of scales and in a range of venues, both established and new and found spaces. Hull 2017 are seeking to appoint suppliers with a wide range of experience and expertise including (but not limited to); large scale outdoor events, site specific productions, pyrotechnic displays, community events, music, public art, theatre and dance. This lot is to procure a framework of production and event management services for contracts with a net value of up to 100 000 GBP. These services will include full service delivery for events and supply of partial services for events. Full service delivery will be for events including (but not limited to) outdoor and indoor music events, site specific performances, venue based performances public art, community events, training events, corporate hospitality events, launch events and conferences. Partial service delivery will be for the supply of production elements including (but not limited to), staging, temporary venues and structures, audio equipment, lighting equipment, projection and AV equipment, rigging, transport and project management, installation & operational staff. This lot is to procure a framework of production and event management services for contracts with a net value of between 100 000 GBP and 250 000 GBP . These services will include full service delivery for events and supply of partial services for events. Full service delivery will be for events including (but not limited to) outdoor and indoor music events, site specific performances, venue based performances public art, community events, training events, corporate hospitality events, launch events and conferences. Partial service delivery will be for the supply of production elements including (but not limited to), staging, temporary venues and structures, audio equipment, lighting equipment, projection and AV equipment, rigging, transport and project management, installation & operational staff. This lot is to procure a framework of production and event management services for contracts with a net value of over 250 000 GBP These services will include full service delivery for events and supply of partial services for events. Full service delivery will be for events including (but not limited to) outdoor and indoor music events, site specific performances, venue based performances public art, community events, training events, corporate hospitality events, launch events and conferences. This Lot is to procure a framework of freelance and sole trader event and production freelancers to work on a range of Hull 2017 events including outdoor and indoor music events, site specific performances, venue based performances public art, community events, training events, corporate hospitality events, launch events and conferences. We are seeking to procure talented individuals with experience in the following roles: Production Management Event Management.
