Description

The Colleges (Coleg Sir Gâr and Coleg Ceredigion) are inviting bids for the provision of key holding and ad hoc manned security services. The successful supplier must be accredited, operate in line with relevant British Standards, and ensure staff are paid at or above the UK Real Living Wage. Alarm monitoring is currently undertaken by Chubb Fire & Security UK, who receive activations and notify the appointed security provider. The Service Provider must verify all alarm activation details with the monitoring provider prior to or immediately upon deployment, ensuring any missing or unclear site information is resolved before attendance is recorded as complete. Services must be delivered in accordance with the agreed protocols. Unless otherwise stated, all service requirements apply independently to each Lot. Contractors must ensure operational arrangements are capable of delivering the full requirements for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 as applicable.
