Description

The works comprise the survey and investigation of the existing building to ascertain the full extent of the works; carry out repairs and conservation works as described within the tender documents comprising removal and replacement of lead cladding roofs (Roof D) and opper cladding to lantern; removal and replacement of damaged/missing roof tiles; removing and replacing damaged brickwork; leadwork repairs at roofing and gutters; removal and replacement of cast iron gutters and downpipes; repairs to existing chimney stack including new capping stone; repointing to existing brickwork; repairs to existing external wall brick vents; careful removal of existing windows, carrying out repairs and reinstating including repairs to existing openings; repairs to existing timber external doors; decoration; removal of existing lighting to lantern structure and installation of new lighting; installation of new cross. Lot 1: Single stage procurement of multi-trades Contractor to deliver the Works, as defined within the Contract Documents.
