Fire Protective Walling North-Wing Generator STH

As discussed yesterday, please see attached, drawings for tender RE: North Wing Generator Dura Steel Wall. When going out to tender, and as highlighted on the drawings, the contractors need to be aware that prior to any safe demolition, the existing walkway construction etc. needs to be accurately recorded so it can be constructed on a “like for like” basis. Additional points to note: • we will require a temporary structure to allow the Mortuary team to continue using their route to the cold stores, adjacent our construction site. • 1No. Street lamp to be disconnected and reconnected once grounds works are complete. • We are undertaking ground scans (assumed next week) once we have these we will share with the contractors, via procurement. • Tender for 2 weeks
