Description

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) Irish Rail has a requirement for the provision of a new enterprise grade Website Content Management system to manage its websites, a minimum of two public facing websites (irishrail.ie and rosslare.ie) including resilient Hosting. This requirement is to include seamless integration into 3rd party systems such as our Journey Planner, Real Time Systems, CRM, and E-Commerce Systems. As part of this tender, IÉ will require: • Full Implementation of a new Website Content Management System • Customised integration with Journey Planner, Real Time Systems, CRM and E-Commerce Systems • Design & Content Migration from existing websites • Testing, Training and Documentation • Production, pre-production, system integration and development instances with resilient hosting • 24/7 Ongoing Support and Maintenance for the WCM and Hosting (with no downtime) • Ongoing Agency Website Support and Development Services.
