Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to award a single framework agreement for the provision of mobile telephony services and associated equipment for the European Investment Bank Group. Lot 1: The objective of this procurement is to award a framework agreement to a service provider, who will provide the following services: 1) Mobile telephone services (including voice and data communications, SMS and MMS, inside and outside of Luxembourg; SMS gateway, etc.); 2) Supply of the associated devices (smartphones, tablets, Mobile Wi-Fi hotspots, accessories, etc.); 3) Software services (such as operating and supporting a mobile device management solution and others); 4) Administrative services (such as deployment and support, reporting, invoicing, web portal and others).
