Description

York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority is procuring consultancy support to help develop a draft Local Transport Plan for York and North Yorkshire, as part of the Combined Authority's duties as a Local Transport Authority. Our intention is to prepare a draft Local Transport Plan that is ready for formal public consultation early in 2026. Please note that this public consultation is not within the scope for this commission. The appointed consultant will help to develop the core components of the Local Transport Plan as well as garnering wide stakeholder agreement of a vision and objectives for the plan. The consultant will then assist us in producing a draft plan for consultation and its supporting impact assessments.
