Ticket-issuing machines

Description

The purpose of this tender is to procure Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) with software, the associated back office system and communication for selected metro bus stations in Trondheim. Cancellation of the procurement: AtB has decided to cancel the procurement with an immediate effect, as there are reasonable grounds to do so, cf. the Purchase Regulations for the Utilities Sector no. 975 of 12.8.2016 § 21-4 and Invitation to tender clause 6.8. The reason we are cancelling the procurement is due to a lack of competition. AtB will thus review and assure the quality of the tender documents before the procurement will be published again shortly. The purpose of this tender is to procure Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) with software, the associated back office system and communication for selected metro bus stations in Trondheim. This includes production, customization, installation and maintenance of 29 TVMs and a back office system. The procured TVMs will function as one of the available sales channels to AtB the customer for passengers along the metro lines. The tender consists of a purchase agreement and a maintenance and service agreement. The Maintenance and Service Agreement (SSA-V) has a contractual length of 3 years. In addition, there is a unilateral option for the customer for a 1 + 1-year extension of the SSA-V. With regards to spare parts, the Contractor shall stock spare parts in required quantities for the duration of the agreement period.
